Long before books, stages, or companies…

I was a kid going door-to-door in rural upstate New York with my late Uncle Jim, selling water-purification systems.

That experience shaped me forever.

It taught me:

• •How to communicate with strangers
• •How to handle rejection
• •How to listen deeply
• •And most importantly — how to sell things that actually make people's lives better

That was my first education in ethical influence.

I've never stopped practicing it.

My life has also known profound loss.

My mother died in my arms, in the bathroom of her apartment.

I carried her body across the hall and waited with her for the paramedics.

That moment stripped away every illusion.

It taught me what actually matters.

It deepened my compassion.

It anchored my devotion to relieving suffering — not philosophically, but viscerally.

I am:

That word may sound out-there to some.

But it's simply the truth.

At times, I receive clear visions for people — not constantly, not theatrically — but when they arrive, they are precise, undeniable, and meant to be acted upon.

• •The next chapter they're avoiding
• •Or the deeper calling they already know, but haven't claimed

This ability doesn't replace strategy.

It amplifies it.

I don't "motivate" people.

I install new identities.

I am a proud father to my son, Sequoia — one of my greatest teachers and anchors.

I've traveled to 46 countries across 6 continents, studying people, cultures, leadership, suffering, resilience, and joy.

Those experiences reinforced what I already knew:

Humanity is far more similar than it is different.

And leadership — real leadership — is an energetic responsibility.

Beyond business and leadership, I am a steward of the Earth.

I am on a personal mission to plant 1 billion trees in my lifetime, funded directly from my own earnings.

This isn't branding.

It's duty.
