Is This You? 

Are you that overachieving badass who has found a way to succeed at almost everything you have ever done in your life? You’ve worked your butt off, go all in for everything you do, and work ethic has never been a problem. If anything, people have probably told you work too hard (if only they really knew how many hours you pour into your dreams!). Up until now, you’ve been able to learn your way out of every challenge. You always find away.

But damn, even though you are finding success in your coaching business, is it killin’ you that It isn’t growing nearly as fast as you’d like? You’re putting in the work. You’ve gone to the free seminars, hired the coaches, watched the YouTube videos.

Yet something isn’t clicking.

It’s not because you haven’t tried. Shit, you’ve probably tried harder than 99% of your niche. Working hard is not something you shy away from. But are you starting to pull your hair out in frustration that for once in your life, hard work isn’t enough.  

You know you are that optimistic visionary coach who knows you were put on earth to make a difference. And you’ve probably felt a calling to serve ever since you were younger. It’s in your DNA. 

You want to make other people’s lives better. And you want to earn a great living doing so. You work hard and are an overachiever. You put in the hours. You’ve invested into masterminds & coaches. Yet for some reason you haven’t broken through into the to 2% of coaches, consultants & speakers…And that is frustrating because you know you get phenomenal results for your clients. 

So what gives? 

I hear you.

I used to be that visionary leader with tons of good ideas. I worked 70 hours weeks and wanted to change the world. I launched 3 social impact companies and even gave a TEDxTalk on one of them! Tons of public acclaim was flooding in…

Until 2016 when it all fell apart. (Even typing that makes me quake remembering)

Which was the best gift I ever received. 

You see, being a visionary leader is not enough. Heart, vision and best intentions are not enough. It’s embarrassing to admit it but I didn’t know what I was doing even though it looked like it did. On the outside, it looked like I was a rising star. And I was. Until I wasn’t. 

And so I flushed any remnants of ego down the toilet and finally cracked the code: 

The most expensive mistake that cost me a million dollars was not asking for help sooner. 

That simple singular decision set me on a journey that changed my life forever. I stripped myself back down to what I was better at than 95% of the people I knew: sales. It was brutally uncomfortable at first, to go from Visionary CEO to “sales coach” but I swallowed my pride…And guess what happened? The Universe aligned around that new powerful decision and began to flood me with other impact-driven coaches & consultants who needed help with sales.
